Director of Concrete Repair Solutions

Tom Kline is the Director Concrete Repair Solutions for STRUCTURALTECHNOLOGIES. Tom is an expert in concrete evaluation and repair with over 35 years of experience in forensic investigation and concrete restoration. He focuses on the evaluation, assessment, and repair/strengthening of reinforced concrete structures. Tom manages and directs a diverse group of technical experts in providing design-build capabilities, developing turnkey repair strategies, and implementing sophisticated and verifiable repair programs for a wide range of concrete repair customers.

Vice President – Strengthening Solutions

Tarek Alkhrdaji, PhD., P.E. is the Vice President of Engineering for STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES. He is an expert in structural repair and rehabilitation of concrete structures. Dr. Alkhrdaji focuses on the evaluation, design, planning, and execution of full-scale load testing of structures to assess existing condition and evaluate the performance of repairs. He specializes in a wide-range of strengthening techniques, including bonded FRP plates, rods and fabric, external post-tensioning, enlargement, span shortening and bonded steel shapes.

Moisture Control Engineering Leader

Brent Anderson, P.E. is the Moisture Control Engineering Team Leader at STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES. With over 35 years of experience, Brent is an expert in below-grade and plaza deck waterproofing products, chemical grouting with urethanes, micro-fine cements, bentonites, acrylamides, acrylics and epoxies. He provides forensic foundation engineering for concrete problems, including cracking, deflection, soil, and settlement. He also provides forensic foundation engineering for water leakage claims for roofs, cavity walls, air/vapor barriers, and floors.

Engineering Manager

Dr. Ali is a registered professional structural engineer a background in civil structural engineering in conjunction with 20 years of engineering experience in the industry. Dr. Ali also develops deliverables (calculations) that require advanced analysis such as Tornado Missile calculation for different Structural components, Heavy Haul Route analysis, Soil Structure interaction analysis, Soil-pile-structure interaction analysis, component fragility computation and ISFSI foundation.
